might be a licensing problem,because tencent runs the game in china and has control over the chinese version.
this probably means any chinese language client "belongs" to them |

Maybe the Chinese don’t know what flag to put? If you find it troublesome, use the five-star red flag in simplified Chinese... Tencent still doesn't allow it. Then you can also use the Olympic flag of Chinese Taipei in traditional Chinese.
