I followed all the answers in this topic, and I'm also having the same problem. I just bought PoE2 from Epic Games, and the game PoE2 appears in the Epic Games Launcher Library, but there's no download or key option, and it says it's available on 12/6. Reason for contact: I bought the early access package for the game Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack.
In transactions, the status is Purchased, but I didn't receive any type of key by email, and in epic rewards, the status is pending, so I can't get the key or download the game to play early access on 12/6... I want to solve this problem! PoE2 appears in my Epic Games Launcher library, but there's no download option or points on the website. I want to know why... Last bumped on Apr 6, 2025, 11:40:38 AM

Unfortunately, I'm afraid that you will need to wait until the Early Access release of Path of Exile 2 and then log into your account on the Epic client to redeem your points and microtransactions. I apologise if this may cause you any inconveniences.

Does this mean I'll have to download all 100GB first and then launch the game? Or is there a way to preload either through Epic or use standalone (or the torrent GGG will provide).
I'm just trying to figure out if there's anyway I'll be able to play when it launches because 100GB will surely take a long time. |

same here bought on EPic Games and no update here on POE site ! why it s so slow i have the standalone game installed !

had that initially but it worked out over time. but now it cant even get to the login screen did asian servers go kapuut?
