Purchased EA here on pathofexile site for Xbox?

I'm logged into pathofexile.com website though Xbox and I see my account and character I last played on in settlers of kalguur
I purchased the $30 EA pack for POE2 access how ever after I purchased it directed me to a link where it shows my access and "keys" and after reading the faq given to me after I purchased it says it's for PC access but can be used for other platforms? I'm confused MUST I purchase EA for POE2 for Xbox "ONLY" on Xbox? My Xbox account is linked here and I see my character doesn't purchasing EA pack here work on Xbox? Just to clarify, if you have purchased an Early Access Supporter Pack through our website, this will automatically grant your account access to the PC Standalone Client for Path of Exile 2. If you are looking to play the Early Access through Xbox, I'm afraid this purchase would've had to have been made through the Xbox Live Store. Really oh no. I can't believe that. I wish it was made clear more. Im logged into pathofexile.com through my Xbox login and I see my Xbox characters and progress so why buying the packs here which grants EA would it not give me it on Xbox I'm confused. If I load up my game now I will see the 300 coins so why must I buy though Xbox
So I need to get a refund. That's going to take forever.i bet with how busy I'm sure you guys are. Damn man 😞 Thanks for help |
