Fully detailed walkthrough guides are already being written and the game isnt even out yet

I thought this was exactly the situation GGG wanted to avoid.
Im really not trying to hate but this just doesnt feel right, especially after GGG has said on several occasions that they are not giving out early access versions and everyone will be starting at the same time and all that.

Do yourself a favor and look at this guy's Elden Ring or BG3 guides. They're essentially unusable because of how bad they are.

These pseudo journalists are making up shit left and right to generate traffic for advertiser money.

It does not matter what they put out as everything is misinformation, just like the youtubers who are putting out "best build for PoE2 videos" already. It's nonsense.

I mean who knows what other content creators got access to the full release or have enough beta footage and are already writing full guides just waiting to drop them on launch day as soon as the NDA lifts?

None of that matters because we're talking about game journalists here. Half of them cannot even use a mouse correctly, let alone a keyboard.

Its the freaking internet. Good luck keeping ANYTHING from being leaked somehow, in some way.

Take ownership of yourselves, don't blame GGG or the authors or whomever else you blame. You have the power to just NOT search these things or read these things, just like you always have.


It has ZERO effect....unless you have absolutely no self control. Wiki plot summaries of movies and things are available after previews too....do you whine and moan about them giving away the plot? Or do you just not read it?

Not sure what your point is here....but this isn't someone talking to your face and letting slip the ending. This is YOU making a conscious effort to look up the ending yourself before YOU choose to read the beginning.
