Path of exile 2 supporter pack on Xbox - got no coins

Hi, as the title says. I bought the Xbox poe2 supporter pack on my Xbox console but didn't get the 300 coins credited to my account. Is there something wrong or will they appear in my account on the 6th?

I had the same issue on PC....Mine ended up going to a sub account I don't use instead of Steam where I got the pre-order. I've contacted support.

I can logon to the Xbox version of the game as well as pre-download poe2 to my Xbox. It's just the coins that are missing.

Ok, after being logged into the Xbox version of the game the points appeared after a few minutes.

Same here, i bought xbox version via microsoft/xbox account and after logging everywhere i still didn't get my points. I'm logging in on poe2 site via xbox account and have 0 points all time

I'm on Xbox as well. I bought the $60 supporter pack, and missing the items and the gold. I bought from the Microsoft store back on the 21st of November
