Will Guild Names Automatically Transfer to PoE2?

I see all the threads assuming that things like stash tabs and MTXs will transfer, mostly based on a post from over a year ago on Reddit, but it makes sense so I'm assuming they are correct.

However, I could also see them just being connected to the guild leader account that transfers over, not the actual guild name, and I'd hate to see people lose their guild names because someone created it a few seconds after servers come up in EA.

Can we get any sort of clarification as to whether or not guild names will be reserved/protected until they are created in PoE2? I'm sure a LOT of people will be unhappy if their couple hundred member guilds that have been around for over a decade get the name sniped minutes into EA.
