nonexistant support and being muted.

GM muted me in game without clarifying a reason and sent me to support e-mail. they asked me for account name and disappeared. Mute almost expired - still didn't hear any reason. Last thing I was speaking - that I bought a support pack with a key to early access poe2.

will they reply ever or nobody is working on poe1 anymore?
