Twitch Drop Issue

So I watched enough streams to unlock the Hands of Xesht and in my Twitch notifications it shows that I am eligible to claim them but when I head to my Twitch Drops Inventory page they are not there. I logged on to the game and they arent present in my MTX stash either nor are they listed on here in my account. I've tried disconnecting and re-connecting my PoE acc to my Twitch and still nothing.

Could you try using the "View Rewards" button using the following link: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/connections to refresh Twitch entitlements, and see if this helps?

Mahalo for responding so quick, viewing rewards on my account through that link does not show the Hands of Xesht nor does removing and re-connecting my Twitch account. I will be sure to hit up the support email to pursue this further.

I'm having the same issue. They show up on twitch and twitch says I've had my PoE account linked for 5+ years. My previous earned drops are listed and I received them on this account.

Mine aren't showing either. I had the hands and another drop from the last stream but both are gone :(
