About giving a key to a friend

HI guys,

i gifted a key to a friend of mine, i bought another supporter pack in game, and gave him the code that is not the one with the steam thing, i gave him the one that had "used: false" status, witch obviously is now true. So my questions are:

1- will he be able to play on steam? His account is from steam, and he redeemed at poe website trough his profile.

2- will it affect my account in any way?

3- did i share the correct one?

1. After he activated his key which he got from you he should also see a steam key in his poe2 key section in his profile.
