Will PoE2 have a Hillock type mob

I've been farming Oni-Goroshi in the Twilight Strand. I do this when I'M bored and watching TV.

I was just wondering if it would be worth my time to farm the first area over and over again to find a random secret.

Has anyone else thought about this?
