Request for Assistance with Platform-Specific Access Key

First of all, I cannot express how excited I am about PoE2!

I purchased a $30 access key, specifying that my platform is PlayStation 5.
However, I received a message stating that the key provided is for Steam. I have not used the key, and I am reaching out to request your assistance in resolving this issue by providing a key specific to the PlayStation 5 platform.

You need to buy a key on PSN on the 6th of december.
You need a key for each platform you want to play on.

I'm afraid Supporter Packs purchased through our website would not unlock the PS5 Early Access. As per our Path of Exile 2 Early Access FAQ:

"
Supporter Packs for Sony realms (PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5) will become available on December 6th PST when Path of Exile 2 launches in Early Access.

Thank you for your response. I have already sent an email to support@grindinggear.com regarding this issue.

I would like to clarify whether the code for PlayStation will be sent through private messages here, or if it requires a refund process. Unfortunately, I do not own a PC, so I am unable to use the code if it is not compatible with PlayStation.
