First of all, I cannot express how excited I am about PoE2! I purchased a $30 access key, specifying that my platform is PlayStation 5. However, I received a message stating that the key provided is for Steam. I have not used the key, and I am reaching out to request your assistance in resolving this issue by providing a key specific to the PlayStation 5 platform. You need to buy a key on PSN on the 6th of december.
You need a key for each platform you want to play on. |

I would like to clarify whether the code for PlayStation will be sent through private messages here, or if it requires a refund process.
