I have an extra key that i want to give to my friend. He only played via steam. I got the pack on website. Can i give the key to him and how does he activate it on steam.

The extra keys you are getting from the higher tier supporter packs need to redeemed here, not on Steam. The person receiving the key needs to create an account here if they don't already have one. After that they'll have to redeem the key here on website:
