Lost all characters and transactions from STEAM account
Hello,
I lost all my characters and progress from my STEAM account. When I logged in, it asked me to name the account and now it is considered a new account. Could you kindly help me with this, as I have a few hundred hours invested on those characters, and had spent some money in Stash tabs, so it is important to me to get them back. I already sent an email to the support address with my STEAM account ID, amount of hours and also a transaction invoice, to help address this issue. Could you kindly check and revert back with a solution, as I'm a little bit lost and would like to play on my characters. I'm also waiting for this topic to be solved as I intend to buy PoE2, but would like to have all the issues with PoE1 account solved first. Best Regards. Last bumped on Nov 26, 2024, 4:22:33 PM
