POE 2 EA Key question Steam/Client

So, I dont play on steam, and didnt READ the EA email that I got, and claimed the key not realizing it was the "Steam Client" key, and not the GGG client key, did I just fk up? I REALLY dont want to play this on Steam!!

Hey there, your Early Access key can be used across Steam, Epic, and the standalone launcher. You'll be able to use the standalone launcher without needing to activate anything else.

Hi i have the same problem i dont use steam to play POE.
i only use the Standalone launcher. so how am i going to play in POE 2 if the key is over steam? can kindly give a guarding hand? thks a million. |

In my system message it also says I got a steam key, but if I understand it correctly, the steam key can also be used for the standalone launcher.
I have never played poe1 on steam, always with the standalone launcher. |
