Purchased PoE2 early access on the Epic account but not reflected

Nothing works here, neither EPIC, nor Steam, nor console versions. Keys are not sent, there are no new keys. The GGG system cannot associate the purchased product with the licenses for use. One big chaos that no one seems to have any control over. What a terrible start.

I solved the problem myself: it turns out that the key is granted only when you RUN the game from the store where it was purchased. So if is EPIC, first you need to install and run the game via EPIC. Of course, it doesn't matter to me now, because EPIC provides lightning-fast game downloads, and the independent launcher works at the speed of a 2000s modem - so I'm still using EPIC.
How much easier it would be if GGG described such trivial things on their website. BTW: linking accounts has no significance in this case. |
