POE 2 EA Key Concern
Hey, Can we get confirmation or is there official confirmation somewhere, where it stipulates the following:
Supporter Pack purchases made through Steam/In-game POE 1 store count towards the 480USD figure needed for the invite key to occur. - On that, if this is to occur, is there someway we can get confirmation or guarantee that if we want to purchase a supporter pack for additional keys, we will still get this free key assigned to the account. Its not that I don't want to support the game by making support pack purchases, I just don't want to be spending more than what is needed for me and my friends. For those who will likely post the, please read the FAQ, I have, and the only real take away when it comes to this particular issue is, "Wait for the EA to begin and then contact support if you are not immediately invited". Which I am going to guess is going to be a support minefield in trying to get a response. I understand that the sheer number of people who have made purchases in different ways makes it difficult for GGG to accommodate everyone's particular situation. I am happy to contact support but I am going to hazard a guess I am not the only one (at least from scouring about 10 pages of threads), with a similar situation. If I can, I would like to make a purchase to guarantee my spot in the EA (and yes I can see the, "Why would you want to subject yourself to the 6th day of release server bottlenecks?") but I do not particularly want to wait days after the fact just to get my account sorted. Until then, I will keep an eye and ear out, If someone happens to have any posts/links to any responses from GGG on this, it would be great. See you all in the EA release Exiles. " Putting this here for now as it does answer one part of my concern, not directly stated in my original thread. That being, if I purchase a pack to guarantee my spot and get my "lifetime key" over the next 2 weeks, will I be able to send it to a friend. |

Hey there, we are on the same boat.
Like I dont mind spending 30 bucks since I really love supporting GGG but I am a bit tight with money right know and I for sure know I have spent over 500 in this game, but somehow no key for me. It just sucks that you have to wait until the EA starts to send an email and hopefully get a response (I doubt they will be able to resolve my issue in a timely manner given how many ppl have the same issue). Hopefully I can get the key before EA starts and be able to play the same launch day. Cheers! |

Hi Exiles,
As the announcement here states, invites for players who have spent over the lifetime spending threshold should be getting invites to Early Access within the next couple of weeks either by email or private message. We'd prefer if you could wait until the Early Access begins and see if you're immediately invited, and then contact support@grindinggear.com if you didn't get an invite but you believe your lifetime support exceeds $480 USD. With regards to gifting keys to friends if you automatically receive an invite, this shouldn't be a problem. However, if it doesn't work please send us an email so we can look into it. Please note these keys only unlock the client in your library, they do not on their own provide early access to your account. |

" Are lifetime supporters getting more than 1 key? I keep seeing all these key giveaways on reddit and stuff and it seems like people are getting extras somehow. I'm waiting on my access for lifetime support and wanted to see if I can help my friends out with extra keys. Last edited by mikmik10000#6208 on Nov 24, 2024, 2:01:19 PM
