The game is free to play. You are not entitled to take part in Early Access just because you feel like it. Wait until the game releases or keep playing PoE 1. If you just want to see what the game is about, Twitch will be hosting tons of channels that stream their playthroughs.
It's not a question of "feeling entitled," it's a question of having steam offer a fair price for people in third world countries only for GGG to remove that system a few days later, without saying a word, effectively doubling the price for anyone that hadn't got their paycheck yet.
Regional pricing exists by default on steam for a reason. Do you think $30 feels the same for someone that makes $250 a month as it does to someone that makes $5000? That's why Russians and Brazilians pay less (when converted to USD) here on the POE website.
It's not a question about feelings. If you want to take part in a First World activity (playing video games) on a Third World salary, you need to understand that comes at a cost. In any case, like I said before, the game is FREE TO PLAY. You don't have to pay anything. You want to get Early Access? Cool. Pay up. If not you can still play Path of Exile 1 or wait for the full release.
What cost are the Russians and Brazilians, who still get regional pricing, paying right now exactly?

Get over this. They don't have to adress anything.

They do if they care at all about their players. At least a word on why they decided to take the scummy route.

They should, but lets be honest, they know they can get away with this because of their fanatics, once a company builds enough fanatics it starts going downhill on an evil path.

They'll defend anything and everything they do. If Blizzard did something like this you'd have the same addicts in an uproar.
