Help and Information - Purchased PoE2 on this this poe site, but wanting to play it on my XBOX - Forum

As stated above I have bought the early access pack on pathofexile.com but I will be playing on my Xbox (same linked account as here obviously). Just seen that the packs are also on the xbox store to purchase.... will my purchase translate over to my xbox so that I can play? Or have I wasted $30 on a PC only key? Upon purchasing your first supporter pack that includes an Early Access key, that key will be automatically redeemed on the account the purchase was made. You don’t have to do anything else, just download the game client when it’s available and login on launch day! If you're unsure about your status, or want to view any of your keys, this information is available under my-account/early-access. If you have purchased a key and/or have access granted for one PC game client (Stand-alone, Steam, or Epic), but wish to play on another game client, you will be able to do so by claiming a key to unlock access to that client. These are available at my-account/early-access and can be redeemed on the relevant platform's store. Please note these keys only unlock the client in your library, they do not on their own provide early access to your account. As an example, if you purchase a Supporter Pack through the Path of Exile website, you will be able to claim a key to unlock the client in your Steam Library. Thanks Nichelle, I had already read this but the wording threw me off a little bit and it also doesn't me tion anything about consoles in the my-account/early-access area either so I wanted to double check. Anyways, it sounds like I should just be able to download it on xbox (can't do this yet) when the time comes... Just don't want to miss out on launch day that's all. The pre download on xbox isn't available for me (after buying the pack here on the website) which is a little worrying. Is there any chance of getting a word from the team about this possibly being an issue please? How is it going to show up as available on my xbox to download, is the account just going to sync on release day and then it shows up with my purchase? Or can I get a refund of my website purchase and just buy it straight on the xbox and remove the chance of being messed around on launch day not being able to play? Hey, Got the same problem regarding the purchase. I've bought the supporter park on the website and it appears that microsoft account does not sync with the purchase. Emailed the support on the topic and waiting for the response now. I have the same problem. I bought the supporter pack on the website thinking that I would receive a key to activate it on Xbox but that is not the case. I have contacted support and all I know so far is that I should have bought it on the Xbox store. I have asked for a refund but I am still waiting for a reply or a solution from them. There's a video on YT with a guy who did the same as us and he's already got a reply from support saying that he needed to buy it on the xbox store. I've contacted support to ask for a refund (not used either the points or the keys so far) so hopefully that will go through and I'll just buy it from the xbox store instead. Ok, so I guess the question I have now is, if I purchase it on xbox can I still download the client and play via pc as well? Or will I need two separate keys to have access to xbox and pc? I get that xbox has the client locked behind the purchase for EA, but I wanted to try to take advantage of by xbox AND my laptop since it's cross platform and cross progression. As far as I'm aware, and this may need double checking... Whilst in EA it is platform locked and cross platform saves are only a thing when the main game comes out and is free to play for all.
