Yes, they said on the live stream you have to check your private messages that you receive after each purchase and just add them up yourself. If you are in doubt you can also ask them via support email.

Even if you for some reason don't get one, you can email support and get it when EA starts. Seems like they answered it pretty clearly. Distributing all the keys isn't as simple as them clicking a magic button.

They basically have to write a script to go through their ENTIRE player DB and determine who's eligible, activate EA on those accounts, and god knows what else.

Don't let FOMO make you paranoid. It's just a logistical nightmare that they're trying to handle efficiently.
