2310$ spent on the game totaly, yet no access!
A bit strange, isn't it? Some people got access while others didn't? I didn't do anything like linking accounts or anything like that, does that matter? I purchased both through Steam and the official website, but there's no way I didn't surpass the $480 required to get access! Is it still being processed? Has anyone seen an answer about this? ive spent around $1000usd and it says i dont have access either, would be nice to get an answer if they still havent sent out all keys or if we need to reach out, with the date getting very close hopefully we will get and answer so we are not trying to figure this out the day before or the day of.

" GGG has given an understanding that they are not planning to resolve the eligibility of accounts, having an access, in frequent updating manner. Instead, as understood, they are confident that there is no need to tell you their already given verdict for the eligibility for early access so you could contact them beforehand. 480$ isn't enough to put a checkmark on your account based on boolean at backend. |

It seems we might just have to wait and they are sending out keys in the next few weeks so it could just be our accounts havent got them yet and will in a week or 2.
would be nice to get confirmation on this as well Last edited by Meowtown#4919 on Nov 22, 2024, 8:57:27 AM

Players who have met the threshold for support will be receiving their keys over the next two weeks.
Due to the large volume of inquiries, we request that you wait until the Early Access begins and see if you've got an immediate invite, and contact us if you didn't get an invite but believe that your lifetime support exceeds $480 USD. In the meantime you can find answers to frequently-asked questions regarding the Early Access here. | |
" $2310 isn’t enough to meet the support threshold? What kind of response is that? I clearly meet the threshold, no question about it! Saying there’s a high volume of requests is a more understandable answer, but there’s no need to add all those other statements unless you’re deliberately trying to leave me questioning things like, “Maybe I don’t meet the threshold because I didn’t purchase exactly what they require?” Another point—why wait until the beta release? $2310 is a lot of money. The threshold is $480, and I’ve spent almost five times that amount. If you promised access to people like me, why should I start later than everyone else? Why not try to sort this out a week or even three days earlier? |

" You spent that amount on PoE1, you get no special treatment because of that you should be happy they give you access for free. Stop with the entitled child attitude and wait for them to give you access when it starts on December 6th. |

Did they edit the reply after your response? The only mention anywhere of $2310 not being enough is from you....and then you are getting mad at yourself? for saying it?
GGG has been clear that invites will go out over the next two weeks, and nothing i have read has contradicted your expectation of meeting the threshold. I am very confident you will get a key, and you will get it in time to be drooling at the countdown of beta start....like the rest of us. So do not stress, we will be all good soon enough. I can understand some frustration of the unknown, but they have been pretty clear. It is clearly stated keys are still going out. At this point there seems to be a majority of qualified accounts that has yet to receive their key. I too have $1600~ish in supporter packs, qualified for last beta, and have also purchased a $60 pack. Still waiting for my key(s). |
