Poe2 Multi Platform gaming with one early Access Key?

Hello folks,

I just asked myself a question.
Poe2 Early Access will be crossplay.

If I buy an early Access Key via Steam, will I be able to play on all other platforms?

The FAQ doesnt make that clear for me...

In my case I want to play poe2 on Steam and ps5. Do I need 2 keys?

Thank you and have a nice weekend.

I was wondering the same thing, I purchased the early access pack thru the website, but my account is tied to my xbox, so does it transfer over to that or do I have to buy it separately on the console?
If you wish to play Early Access via console, you'll need the appropriate console key.

And how can we crossplay on Steam and PSN If I cant link my Steam Account with PSN? Poe Website says that i cant link them.
curious as well, I purchased on Xbox as I did see they mentioned needing to get the console one/ platform if going that route but will that mean I need to get a pack on steam or the website as well for pc? The FAQ made me believe I should have keys available on my account even after purchasing the console one but I don't see it or perhaps it isn't updated yet.

So does that mean the EA purchase thru the website does nothing for console, if we want to play on console, we have to buy it via our console store, even though my POE account is tied to my Xbox
Yeah you will need a seperate Key for Xbox. And a seperate Key for PSN...
Is it the same between each platform on PC? If I buy a Steam key can I play on Epic Games and so on?
As far as I have understood from reading other forum posts, and based on the FAQ. My understanding is that early access is not account specific, but rather platform specific. In that a supporter pack purchased on one platform (I.e., PC) is not considered the same as one purchased on a console platform (i.e., Xbox). Therefore you need to purchase EA on Xbox (in game on console) in order to get access to the client, even if you already purchased access for PC via the website. That being said, mtx is not platform specific, but account specific. So whether you play on Xbox or PC, you will have access to all the mtx of the sub-account which you are using. For example, in my case, I purchased the 480 pack on the website for play EA on PC, but as I sometimes play on XBox (with the wife), I will just purchase the 30 pack on Xbox in game for the EA. But whether I play on Xbox or PC, I will have access to all the mtx of the 480 pack (and any others on the sub account which i decide to use). I am not saying that I am 100% correct, but this is what I have understood so far. I have no problem with this personally, as I don't mind giving GGG another 30 euros, but I must admit that it was not clear at first. All the best fellow exiles, and see you in POE2! :)

This is such a non-response though. If you have a PC account with EA, create a character on that and play for a while and then want to go play the same character on PS5 do you need another EA key or not?

If we do then that's messed up and not at all how it was originally described when cross play was introduced.
