No Twitch reward

Short story:
-Haven't got the twitch reward after watching stream.

Long story:
-I came late for stream (after work I was helping my dad move the new bed to a third floor, while also throwing out the old one), at about 1 hour late - you guys started showing support packs.

-I put up a tab on live stream (on mute) and opened a new one to watch from start of the stream so I could see all the things I missed (Did I made mistake to do this?).

-Anyway, I watched the whole stream before Q&A with ZiggyD and my reward counter was stuck to 18% somehow...

-I reloaded internet browser and opened the both pages and it started going up (last time was on 20% I saw it).

-Somewhere during the Q&A I dozed off on the couch while watching the stream (I always put POE streams to TV via HDMI cable), from all the tiredness prior to coming to watch the stream.

-I wake up in the middle of the night from uncomfortness of my couch and saw that stream ended as it was on its end (4:48:40 time on both sides) and the video and chat went black and still, while still sleepy I figured all is good, turned off the PC and went to bedroom.

-Today when I woke up, I immedietly booted up the PC to open the twitch and pick up the reward, which to my surprise was not given and I am no longer able to obtain it.

Any help would be highly appreciated, even if I end up with just knowing what to do to prevent Twitch not counting next time.
