PoE2 EA Twitch Drop Issue

Hi GGG team,

I am unable to complete the Twitch drop requirement for the Hands of Xesht drop earlier for the Path of Exile 2 Announcement stream even I have been in both Lolcohol's stream (2 hours before the official PoE stream started) and also in the official PoE's Twitch channel. As I remembered clearly this was at 3AM GMT+8 my time.

I have stayed up all the way from the start of the stream and then I got too tired and ended up lurking and afking on the stream until it ended. I even double checked that my PoE account was connected to my Twitch account as well.

But for some reason, the drop wasn't completed when I woke up at 1:22PM GMT+8 to check my Twitch status. It was 71% completed if I recall correctly. I want to clarify if this is going to be fixed or is there anything can be done?
