No POE 2 key even though I've bought multiple supporter packs including the Orion supporter pack

Hey just as the title says I didn't receive a early access key for POE 2 even though I've bought supporter packs in excess of 480 USD, which includes the Orion supporter pack which alone is 480 USD. Is there something I'm missing?

Hey SustainedBuu, as mentioned in our Early Access FAQ here:
A lot of people have been emailing customer support to ask if they meet the threshold. We'd prefer if you could wait until the Early Access begins and see if you're immediately invited, and then contact support if you didn't get an invite but you believe your lifetime support exceeds $480 USD. Hopefully we could know more then when it starts, like a few days ahead. I have three pages of messages and actually $540 by the time I reached halfway down the first page. lol. Don't tell my wife.
Should change current message to something other than: "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now." Because it makes it sound like we don't have enough, not that we just have to wait, and is kind of discouraging. Maybe change it to: "Keys for early access will be distributed a few days before early access launch." Or something like that. I am planning on purchasing the $240 support pack but want to wait until I get the one for prior purchases. |

they did say in the faq (now changed) that they would be doing the invites for those that would automatically gain entry in the next few weeks.
