what are pc requirements for poe2 ?
" Yes awhile long ago, Poe would crash when using intel 12,13,14th gen cpu. when doing Blight encounters, and some other situations if you moved character too fast with leap slam or high action speed mobility ect. happened more often on 14th gen with windows 11. The fix was to turn off the new intel 3.0 Turbo feature. In the bios , but now with newer Bios , its no longer an issue. * Anyways, to answer the original posters question. Intel would probably be a better cpu option for POE2 Because the game will be more commonly optimized that way. |

" PoE 1 can use up to 16 cores since patch 3.10. Though it just doesn't actually scale all that well. Highly depends on the type of build, content and resolution you are running with a properly paired GPU, but above something like an i5-12400 (6C/12T, decent single-core performance), you are not going to see crazy improvements with CPU-heavy builds due to engine scaling. Though it can help with content such as Blight-Ravaged maps. [3.27] Poor Man's Ward Loop: https://youtu.be/p5NA_Rf2TJU
