I purchased two supporter packs. One for 30 and one for 240 USD. I t will not let me claim my keys. I see I have the currency but can't redeem key.

How to redeem a key?
Upon purchasing your first supporter pack that includes an Early Access key, that key will be automatically redeemed on the account the purchase was made. You don’t have to do anything else, just download the game client when it’s available and login on launch day!
If you're unsure about your status, or want to view any of your keys, this information is available under my-account/early-access.
If you have purchased a key and/or have access granted for one PC game client (Stand-alone, Steam, or Epic), but wish to play on another game client, you will be able to do so by claiming a key to unlock access to that client. These are available at my-account/early-access and can be redeemed on the relevant platform's store. Please note these keys only unlock the client in your library, they do not on their own provide early access to your account.
As an example, if you purchase a Supporter Pack through the Path of Exile website, you will be able to claim a key to unlock the client in your Steam Library.

Hi GGG Team,
I have the same issue where the redeem key says : Account not eligible to redeem key or something similar. Reading the FAQ it said to check my account / early- access where the only thing I have is the +1 key for a friend and a steam key. However I do not use steam to play the game nor I wish to.
Does that mean the early access is only available through steam and I need to redeem the key there in order to download the client and play?

you dont need to activate anything then for the standalone client.
the steam and epic keys are just so that the game gets added to your library, they do not grand early access to the account itself.

Hi, I purchased 1 supporter pack for 88 euros on 27th of November at Epic Games Store (I'm from Portugal), and I can't claim my key (dont know exactly how to do it). When I tried to enter in the game it says that I have no key and I tried to reddem the key but I'm not getting it. Can you please help me? thank you so much

so whats the soluition here? got the early access pack but it says i dont in game launcher ?
it even shows on forum that i did, i even played for 2 hours, got to level 5 and spent some coins...and now i cannot access anymore
