Yes, i do have more questions.

The FAQ states that purchases have to be "made on one Platform". I made several purchases over the steam Client, and used different payment methods on the web page here.

1) What does "one Platform" mean? How many platforms are there, and which ones are they?

2) Are different payment methods treated differently? Does the threshold have to come from one payment method?

3) i do not believe, but i know (check on the right) that i have bought at least 2 480$ supporter packs. I have always paid the full price in Euro or USD. Is it guaranteed that i receive my key before the start of the Early Access?

4) I want two keys anyway, since i want to play on PS5 as well. can i use the key i would receive from having spent 480$ on the playstation platform as well?

Over 500$ no key as well

Wait until EA begins? That seems a little less than customer friendly. How about you guys give us a date on when they will be sent out and if we do not get them by that date we can then email you to ask for support. Waiting until EA starts is not something I want to do if I'm being honest.

in the spirit of transparency ill add this:

i just got my key, an email and a response from CS that they really could have added to the FAQ to save them some trouble. I had another issue to solve, so i did a 2for1, so i dont feel that bad about asking :D
