Announcing Path of Exile 2 in Early Access

Do you know if "early access" will support cross-play?
You can only play act 1-3 in EA. I will wait until release then.

$30 to play early access of a F2P game? Guess the hundreds of dollars I spent over the years across multiple platforms wasn't enough? Yeah nah I'm good. There's a reason I haven't spent any money on this in years, your whole monetization scheme is just scummy. Probably gonna skip POE 2 altogether, that's how bad a taste it left.

I agree Free To Play is litteraly FREE TO PLAY. This is a Blizzard thing, and it's pretty sad to see.

:(

On full release it will be free to play. You dont have to participate in EA.

Probably after EA there will be open beta and from that point it will be F2P. So just relax.

If Blizzard had such game as PoE2 or EelectronicArts i can bet my kidney that it would cost much, much more than 30$. And a shitton things would be removed and sold as dlc.

PoE players are to spoiled to recognise quality of GGG.

And a solid slice of endgame.
Key arrived today for the 450€ long-term donation thank you very much now you can start :)
just received the key today, but didn't receive an E-Mail. People might want to check on it via manage accounts and stuff.
Got my key today as well, thanks!
Just for confirmation, buying a supporter pack now gets me a key to activate early access in my account - which when activated then will turn into a Steam key?
Just want to make sure the correct way to gift them to my friends.

If you buy a PoE2 pack, you automatically get EA access. The key just allows you to use the Steam client instead

The thing is, I have the access through lifetime purchases already and activated my Steam client. Now I want to get the supporter packs and hand the keys out to friends.
