If you downloaded the patch before it was reverted, you need to delete and reinstall the game. At least, that worked for me.

Great work.. both on attempting this migration and on identifying and resoring the problems connected with it.

I and many others saw the plan for the account system and instantly knew this would be complicated and didn't expect it to be problem free. I'm glad you bought yourself the time to do this in a period where there isn't all that much to miss out on in PoE and well ahead of the PoE2 Early Access date. Here is hoping that things go well on Monday but also know that we are all on your side, and are rooting for you. If something else goes wrong.. don't panic, we all know that greater goals here and want you guys to succeed.
It takes a true master of PR to take your own mistake and turn it into a W.

GGG are the best because they treat the players like adults. It's the way it's always been. GGG just raking up goodwill from the community.
If GGG were Blizzard, this would all have happened on the 6th of December instead of weeks before launch. I feel like the right methodology is in place.

In all honesty this is exactly the the level of service expected from a console perspective.
If you critique this game and its problems your post will be removed.

In a news thread about sound i asked "Why did it take multiple leagues to fix the sound on console?". Then got put on probation by Kane the sound guy! This is who GGG are!
