scrolling speed of stash tabs

when i want to drag and drop one of my 20 stash tabs around it's impossible to place it somewhere inbetween the middle area because when i move the dragged tab the list scrolls fast to one or another end.

so please make a delay to the tab's scrolling animation.




and please make it possible to give them custom short names. i know you don't like people hoarding items but it's a pita finding the right tab for an item right now.
