Kirac not rewarding missions + Niko and beast master not showing up in maps at all

Upon reaching the mapping, I got the first set, but I have done many maps and never received any more. I wish I had something better to provide regarding what might have caused this, but I honestly have no idea.


Edit: when I push Atlas missions while talking to Kirac, his selection box disappears, but the map box does not even appear. So, I cannot even try to reroll his selections.

Edit#3: I read of someone else having this problem and the first map they said they chose from kirac was a blighted map, I'm not sure if it's relevant but I did the same.

Edit#4: Well, finally got a kirac, but still no niko or beast master and I still cannot do dailies from niko, nor any other master.

Atlas missions with Kirac only shows maps when you have Kirac missions. There is no rerolling Kirac missions aside from spending missions to open a portal.

Your challenge log shows you have only done 47 maps and the default Kirac is something like 5% or less unless you've taken the Kirac passives and left that out. There are no more daily free missions and aside from the beast recipe that gives Kirac missions, the only way to get more Kirac missions is to run more maps (ideally with the passives).

It's 7%(or at least use to be) without passives which after 47 maps should have had at least one Kirac mission. It also does not explain the fact that no masters are showing up under the map device and I've not had niko on a single map, nor the beastmaster.

Masters were removed from the map device some time ago, and no longer give daily missions. There is a chance to encounter them in maps, and it also helps to choose atlas skill tree passives to give more chance of them appearing.
