Petrified blood can't leech/attack gain mana

It sometimes happens when I am doing the no regen map, any attack gains mana or mana leech will be disabled, the only solution is to turn off then turn on the Petrified blood. Video below

You might also be able to fix it with the chat command /oos? /oos is a command for Predictive (or Auto) networking mode that says you think you're "out of sync" and tries to line up with the server again.

It looks like what's happening is that your mana is fully recovered according to the server, but not according to the client. When you have mana regen, the client can always assume that mana is being regenerated; but when you're receiving mana on hit/from leech, the client only queues those if the server tells it that they happened. When you have no mana to recover, they don't.

When you're toggling Petrified Blood, you're forcing an update of your mana by changing the reservation. It doesn't matter what you have that's reserving mana, toggling any of them would update your mana.

People occasionally run into a similar issue while reserving ~99% of life and using skills with life costs as well.

Thanks for the reply, but I tried this command it wasn't working at all.Maybe there are some other reasons?

I'm having the same issues but without using petrified blood. I can turn off a random aura which seems to re-enable my mana leech/mana gain on hit, then turn the aura back on.
