I think "4% Chance to Block Spell Damage" is not applying. No changes at my status at "C" key on defense tab. Thanks. Last bumped on Aug 28, 2024, 2:49:10 PM

It seems you've already reached your spell block maximum. Overcapped spell block is not shown in the character tab.

My spell block max is 68% I think. Current block is 65%.

Attack block is 68% (75%basemax -10% from shield +3% from mastery), spell block - 65% (75%basemax -10% from shield)
