Lost my Hunter's exalted orb trying to post it on the exchange

I just posted A Hunter's exalted orb for 330 Chaos at 8000 gold, Right as I clicked the Exchange button my Game crashed. When I came back My Exalt was gone with the gold for that trade and No trade was posted in my exchange. Just lost 2.5 div needed for gear...

After Relogging a few times I have received the Chaos orbs from the trade and the crash could be due to hardware issues I have been having.
