Monsters don't die when they're killed.
Really have to say, for an ARPG to have this kind of bug for so long is just sad.
https://streamable.com/6f2iuk (Note the 0/1 HP left on enemy health bars, which are enemies that the game has not yet decided to kill, yet can still be re-targeted by skills like Flicker Strike) It's been a problem for a few leagues now, but on Flicker Strike it really is a blight for gameplay. Doesn't happen every map, sure, but it's still stupid that it ever happens at all. If you were to ask 100 random ARPG players what the definition of an ARPG is, at least 97 would say killing monsters, and this bug sabotages that by making Flicker players bounce to already very dead mobs. If I'm one shotting the mobs with huge overhead, let me one shot them, don't use whatever slow check you're using to see if the mob actually died and then kill it off 300-500ms later. Oh, and it also makes Delirium way worse for performance than it has to be. Undisputed best alpha tester since Awakening beta. did you build exceed the tick rate of server, or just recorded but post-processed with X2 speed?
