BUG +1 TO LEVEL SOCKETED PROJECTILES GEMS

Good afternoon!

I built the Slayer Lightning Strike build, and I'm using a helm and glove that has +1 to level of socketed projectile gems, and the lightning strike gem is on the chest, but this gem is not gaining +1 from the helm and glove. None of the gems in my build are gaining levels.

These modifiers give levels to gems socketed in that item.

For modifiers to affect the levels of gems in other gear, it would have to read "+# levels to all <type> skill gems", such as you can see on Cold Iron Point or Admiral's Arrogance.
