Betrayal Leader 3 Star / Interrogated with scarab of intel, awards 8 intel instead of 40

When a Betrayal Leader is 3 Star and Interrogated, states that it will award 40 intelligence per turn but only gives 8 per turn, with use of betrayal scarab of intel. Riker was the leader of transportation and should be awarding 40 intel per turn but only awards 8 per turn.

This is duplicated by running the betrayal scarab of intelligence and interrogating any 3-star leader.

not a priority task, part 2 incoming, just stfu with ur intelligence bug and run, sometimes, x2 more maps

This bug was reported early last league it isnt new it has been out since the scarab was released
