Valdo Puzzle box Map does not produce reward

I got beach as my puzzle box map with Foil 'Progenesis Amethyst Flask' as a reward.

I was basically hoarding this map all league because I wanted to do it myself with my own character. Finally I muster up the courage to do it and when I finish the map (open all boxes/the one abyss/kill the boss/all monsters/finish ultimatum/do wild wood/collect ore/try different filters/turning labels off-on).... nothing. I get no reward!

I reckon either the abyss/final map boss bugged out.
If not those then the fact that I had an additional Ultimatum and Wild Wood in the map may have done it.
I completed those encounters too just to be sure.

Guys c'mon 40 div down the drain.... This is not okay!

Can a man get a redo or smth??
