map specific divination cards wont drop

YHea so im Farming sepulchure Map

Not any of the 4 Map Specific Divination cards dropped even once.

I wonder if there is any mechanic which prevents them from dropping like

dilirium or cloister scarab?

I did read there was a bug with divinationcards and scrying.

Is this a thing these days? Did they fix it? i Scryed sepulchure on beach but scoured it a little later

now i scryed sepulchure on light house... not one drop there too...
