Aura right click to disable on buff bar overrides movement skill actions
|
This feature got added at some point in the last year or so where an aura can be right clicked on the buff bar, which can happen when a player issues a move to command when they have a movement skill bound to right click. This behavior is probably bug tier as skill should take precedence in an ARPG, but the feature itself is pointless, as you can only disable your own auras, and not other party member's if they're overriding yours.
There is no need to have this feature when a player can simply turn their aura off by assigning it to a primary, secondary, weapon slot swap, or secondary weapon slot swap like a normal human being. Revert the "feature" or bug fix and make sure that movement skill takes priority when issuing move commands on the character. We didn't like the micro-management sextants add to the game, so we added them back. Last bumped on Aug 23, 2024, 8:18:23 PM

" As far as I'm aware, this feature's been part of the game since auras were added? Maybe it was added later, but I wasn't around back in the game's beta. But it's certainly been in the game for a decade. Last edited by Jadian#0111 on Aug 23, 2024, 6:31:20 PM

" At least from what you've linked, you've shown 0 reading comprehension. That's not what is described in this post. Overriding a keybind is not the same behavior as just right clicking an aura. We didn't like the micro-management sextants add to the game, so we added them back. Last edited by Rhaegar_G#4953 on Aug 23, 2024, 8:04:22 PM

" Are you somehow getting directed to some thread other than what I linked? This is the reply I was quoting: " Last edited by Jadian#0111 on Aug 23, 2024, 8:18:37 PM
