ultimatum does not give rewards when completed

Not sure if anyone else noticed anything similar but out of 100 or so ultimatums I completed in maps 3 of them finished without giving the rewards. I didnt fail them. I completed wave 10 normally and when it was completed only the loot that drops around the center was there, no middle loot with the ultimatum rewards. Not sure how to replicate it. Maybe is the combination of modifiers or a specific modifier that causes it is all I can think of. I also thought that it might be trying to load the boss fight and it fails and that triggers a failed ultimatum state but I complete wave 10 and then the ultimatum fails and gives no rewards.

I am surprised that I could not find another thread with the same subject since more people are farming ultimatum this league

It happened to me several times, in addition to noticing that the scarab of bribing is not fulfilling its function as of the last hotfix, I noticed that the inscribed drops are noticeably lower in their reward of% more life

Just to be sure, you didn't run Wildwood in those maps by chance? If you took the altar for no items dropped, that could explain no Ultimatum rewards (never tested it personally as I don't click that altar).

Otherwise, not really sure what it could be as I assume you already ruled out Ruin stacks. Screenshots and bug report number is all you can do the next time it happens.

It's not ruin. I dont take either of those mods. And for sure it wasnt the no items dropped altar as I havent seen it in the 5-6 times I found the woods and actually entered

As I am playing CoStun I also thought that maybe a mob pushed me out of the circle (Some mobs in maps I noticed knock me back sometimes and because I always choose the smaller ultimatum area that is why my mind went there). BUT 1. I would have noticed the notification of being out of the circle and 2. I have checked every ultimatum since and ultimatum mobs dont knock me back ever no matter the map mods or ulti mods.

Again, this happened at the end of the round 10 bar filling so for sure it was completed successfully..but no ultimatum rewards.
