Boat timers not moving

I sent several boats out earlier today around 15:50 ET. I come back around 20:30 ET, and all the boats are still stuck on 03:52:36 (nearly 4 hours, which is the start time for a shipment to Kalguur).

I've needed to abandon all my shipments. Obviously, I'm sad about losing the shipment contents.

Update: This might actually be a visual bug now that I dig into it more. My town ran out of gold partway through the shipment, hence the paused boats.

But I remember logging off with enough gold in the town coffers to last over 8 hours of time. I feel like the shipment should have finished. If anything, the timer should at least show a time lower than the start time for the boat shipment.
