Currency Exchange No Scroll on "Owned" tab / Not showing how many items available elsewhere

Has happened to me twice now. Relogging doesn't help, neither does a zone change. Can't see how many of any item I have on other tabs either.

You have to re-open the tabs every time you change instance to use the owned tab. So if you are trying to list "owned" essences, you have to go over to your stash tab, open your essence tab, and then go back and the "owned" tab should list all of your owned essences for as long as you are in the instance. Repeat if you change zones.

Has pros and cons. It's annoying to re-open the essence tab, for example, each time you want to do this in a difference instance. However, if I'm not trying to sell essences, then it's nice not seeing them every time in the owned tab. I still find it easier, however, to just move all of whatever I'm trying to list into my inventory and ctrl click them into the "I Have" section.
