Blackflame ring ignites and ignite resistant mobs

Hi there!

Dunno if this is a bug or not, but seems its not intended. I tried adding that blackflame ring on my explosive arrow build. Would be awesome add to it, but on many maps there are those ignite-/fire resistant mobs that cant be ignited while wearing that ring. It will do the hit damage normally but wont ignite. Dunno if it has something to do with that 50% reduced duration or something else im missing. Its just super annoying to take the ring of just to kill some strongbox monster or league mechanic mob hitting my juicy petrified amber ore.

It is related to the reduced ignite duration on Blackflame.

The "Ignite Resistant" part of the "Fire and Ignite Resistant" modifier is in the form of reduced ignite duration on the monster. That modifier is additive with your modifiers to the ignite duration, and between the modifier and Blackflame the ignites inflicted on the monster have at least 100% reduced ignite duration.

There's an anoint you could take for 50% increased ailment duration, but would cost a prismatic and opalescent oil; there's also the Cauterization wheel, which has 2 small passives granting +25% ignite duration each. Swapping a support gem for Unbound Ailments Support would also increase duration.

There might be other things that'd help, but I can't remember them off the top of my head.
Thanks for the answer mate, ill try to figure something out!
