Currency Stash Tab Malfunction: Veiled Scarabs in Slot Cannot Selected or Accessed

I am in the process of cleaning up my stash in the Standard League and in one of my Currency Stach tabs, I have a bunch of veiled scarabs in a slot that I cannot access... they are in a slot next to the Harbingers Obs...

How do I fix this?
