Can't interact with final Ritual Altar in Chimera boss room after killing replica Tukohama

Entered a Pit of the Chimera map. Completed 3 out of 4 ritual altars before entering the boss room. Maven cast Up the Stakes and summoned Tukohama and Ciergan Shadow Alchemist. After I killed the maven summons and the chimera, the altar did not become interactable. Went back into the map and fully cleared it such that 0 monsters remain. Still can't interact with final ritual altar.

This is happening to me too, but on Glacier map. Perhaps sometimes extra bosses that Maven spawns bugs out the final ritual in the boss room. Quite frustrating.

EDIT: Also, she did summon the Siege Tukohama boss on this latest bug-out. I don't remember if he was there last time this happened to me, but that boss might be related.

Just had this happen again, the Maven summoned the Siege boss (Tukohama) in the boss room of Underground Sea and the ritual totem isn't able to be interacted with even after everything is dead.

Perhaps that immortal flame totem he summons is counting as still being alive by the ritual totem or something...

I was using a Blood-filled ritual vessel.

Also Maven was present, with Destructive Play active.

I killed the real map boss, before the Maven had time to summon her 3 other bosses?

I also had the Siege Boss (Tukohama) as part of the Maven summoned Destructive Play bosses.

Before Tukohama died, his totem (the big totem that shoots fire, not the 4 small invulnerable totems) sortof dipped into the ground and disappeared BEFORE he died. Might be related?

This bug is still happening in the game, any time Tahsin, Warmaker (the boss of siege map) is one of the bosses that Maven summons from the Destructive Play keystone, the Ritual Totem is unable to be interacted with.
