Bug Reports (Path of Exile 1) - No Reward drop after completing T17 Valdo's map - Forum

I did a T17 map with the mod: Must fully complete all ritual encounters in area to receive reward as well as must open all strongboxes. I fully completed the area and did the rituals last, I died during one of them and it ended the ritual early. then I went back in and cleared the rest of the rituals and didn't receive the ashes of the stars for the map. there are 0 monsters remaining now, no rituals remaining, and no more strongboxes. Did dying during one of the rituals brick the map?
