Resonating shrine not updated for new charge effects

The resonating shrine buff when originally introduced granted bonuses to charge equal to their original effect. For example, frenzy charges give 4% increased attack speed by default, and the resonating shrine buff gives an additional 4% increased attack speed, doubling the original bonus. However, the resonating shrine buff was not updated when the bonuses granted by charges were.

The resonating shrine buff still grants 40% increased critical strike chance per power charge (power charges now grant 50% increased critical strike chance) and +4% to elemental resistances per endurance charge (endurance charges now grant 4% additional elemental damage reduction). This seems like an oversight.
