BUG: Chronicles of Atzoatl are level 1

Chronicles of Atzoatl generated by the Incursion Scarab of Timelines created a level Chronicle even though all the maps I ran were T16s. Many T3 boss room chests dropped no items. The gem chests from the gem room also dropped no gems.

Confirmed with the generation of a second level 1 Chronicle (once again from running only T16 Alvas).
