Nameless shrine - does nothing

I just cleared a map with a 200% increased rarity/quantity shrine and actually got less than average gold and normal loot. The map was at least 3 times harder than normal for no reward (wisps also have no positive effect). I am certain the 200% has no effect whatsoever, otherwise I would have gotten a lot more gold and more uniques would have dropped than normal. So basically the wildwood made the map worse by a large degree and gives no reward at all.
